Fiji Year 12 Certificate (FSLC) Examination Results 2023 – FY12CE: Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination Results in 2023 are likely to be announced on mid of December. Fiji School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) also known as Form Six Exam some people also called it Year 12 certificate examination.

Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination Results 2023

• Fiji School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) is conducted by the Fiji Ministry of Education at the end of Year 12 in schools. Before leaving secondary schools candidates must appear in this Form 6 examination. Scussfull candidates are awarded Fiji School Leaving Certificate which helps students to get admission into Fiji Seventh Form Examination (FSFE) at Form 7 (Year 13) level.

Fiji Year 12 Results Release date:

• The Minister for Education will release the Fiji School Leaving Certificate exam results 2023 dates. In the recent year “Year 12 Results 2023” was released at the end of December even in some years it was released in the first week of January.

• Generally, the results of this examination will be released before school resumes in January.

Subjects

• A total of 24 subjects are examinable and students take a minimum of four and a maximum of five subjects.  Like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Accounting, History, Agriculture Science, English Communications, Physical Geography, Hindi Research e.tc.

FSLC Exam Results 2023:

• Ministry of Education – Examinations and Assessment Unit will announce the 2023  Fiji form six exam results in December.  Students may collect Fiji form 6 results online. If you are unable to do so, you may have the Fiji year 12 certificate examination results 2023 from schools too.

• FY12CE Results Release: The results of each of the 5 examinations are released around the times indicated.

Recount of Marks

• Marks may be recounted only for the FSLC examination. Recount applications may be lodged by individual students no later than 30 days after the official release of examination results. FSLC candidates may request a recount for a maximum of five subjects.

• Recount results are formally communicated to individual students. Any change of mark for anyone student will result in the issue of a new Result Notice but only after the original Result Notice is returned to the Examinations Office.

Results Reports

• Fiji FY12CE Examination Results reports for a school are sent to the Head Teacher/Principal on the date of the release of results. Such reports show marks as the subject grades for Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination shown on the certificates which are printed about 2 months after the results are released.

Statistics

• 2017: Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination Results 2023 announced on 20/12/2017. A total number of 13,591 students sat appeared the Year 12 exams, a slight decrease compared to the 13,879 students in 2016. Also, check our youtube results video and Facebook page for the latest exam news.

• 2013: The examination was taken by 12,344 candidates at 166 centres around the country while 12,386 students sat for the FSLC exam in 166 centres around the country in 2013.

• 2012: About 13,421 students sat for the examination in the 164 centers nationwide.

• 2011: The examination was conducted at 161 centers. A total of 12 783 candidates appeared for the examination, 390 more than the number last year.

• 2010: The examination was conducted at 158 centers. A total of 12 393 candidates appeared for the examination, 1184 more than the number last year.

• 2009 : The examination was conducted at 153 centres. A total of 11 207 candidates appeared for the examination, 27 less than the number last year.

Report on 2003 to 2006

• In the FSLC examination, the result for Fijian students is lower compared to the other ethnic groups. This has been a continuing situation in secondary education in Fiji where the Fijian students have been seen to be performing at a lower rate in Form 6 and 7 examinations.
